Conceptualised  in 2023 ,Established in 2024 by three friends from vastly different backgrounds who share a common passion for coffee. High’r Altitude Coffee refers to beans grown at elevations typically  1200meters  ~ 1600 meters above sea level. This High’r Altitude contributes to the unique characteristic and superior quality of the coffee produced. The lower oxygen levels and cooler temperatures at High’r Altitude slows down the maturation of the coffee cherries, resulting in a denser and more flavorful bean.The slower growth allows the coffee plant to develop more complex sugars, acids, and aromatic compounds, enhancing the overall flavor profile. High’r Altitude coffees are often described as having bright acidity, a well-defined body, and nuanced flavour, ranging from fruity and floral to wine-like notes. Coffee cultivation in India has a rich history and is primarily concentrated in the southern states of Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. The credit for introducing coffee to India goes to Baba Budan, a Sufi saint, who is said to have brought seven coffee beans from Yemen and planted them in the Chikmagalur region of Karnataka during the 17th century.

The misty hills of Chikmagalur, Coorg (Kodagu), and Hassan in Karnataka, as well as the Wayanad district in Kerala, are renowned for their high-quality Arabica coffee.
